Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is
responsible for:
- maintenance, security and
accuracy of all academic student records of the institution
- coordination of registration
and graduation activities
- Veteran’s Affairs
administration
- preparation and maintenance of
enrollment statistics
- graduation verification
- liaison with the American
Medical Association and the American Association of Medical
Colleges
- providing the Departments of
Education and Health and Human Services and other agencies,
federal, state and institutional, with reports of enrollment
Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)
